What kind of storage is available?
We offer both heated and unheated storage for any type of vehicles (RVs, Boats, Cars, Trucks, Trailers, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, ATVs and any other toys you might need to store. Our heated storage is offered in a large shared warehouse and temperatures will be kept at or above 55 degrees. Our unheated storage is offered in a shared pole barn (gravel/dirt floor) with private garage door access. Unheated spaces are 12 x 35 or 12 x 40 (access doors measure 11’ wide by 12’ tall).
What kind of security will be used?
Entire property is surrounded by a chain link fence with 24 hour access gate. We also have an on-site live-in manager .
Can I access my camper during the winter months?
Yes, we will maintain access to your unit year round. Unheated storage is accessible 24/7/365. Heated storage will require a 24 hour notice to access stored items.
How long of a lease is required?
Units are rented on a month to month basis with a 14 day notice to vacate. Reservations will be based on a First Come First Serve basis and can be made up to 30 days in advance.
What pest control measures are taken?
Our entire property is professionally treated and monitored for pests and rodents. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by pests or rodents.
What payment options are available?
Payments can be made online with automatic withdrawals from credit cards or checking accounts.
Are my belongings covered by insurance?
Your personal homeowners or auto insurance should cover your RV, Camper, Boat, Motorcycle, Auto, etc.
Our insurance does not cover any of your belongings stored with us.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (drivers license, state ID or passport), current registration and proof of insurance for your vehicle.
